This script ensures that when a player logs out, their character (ped) will spawn lying on the ground. While the player is on the ground, their ID and Steam name will be visible. During this time, other players can press the 'E' key to report them. Pressing 'E' will open a window where the reporting player must provide a reason for their report. The report will include the player's current ID and license, and it will be logged via Discord.
